BrightEye aims to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns may be accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only when a valid reason is provided. A valid reason includes, but is not limited to:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The incorrect item was received

  • The item is significantly different from the description provided

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.


2. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact customer support at brighteye.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order. The request must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo or video evidence when applicable

Return requests that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


3. Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging where possible

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects will not be eligible for return.


4. Refunds

If a return is approved and received, the item will be inspected. If the return meets eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
