BrightEye is committed to delivering orders efficiently and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines processing and delivery timeframes.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in such cases when possible.


2. Shipping Time

Once an order has been processed, estimated shipping time is 4–12 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of BrightEye’s control may occur.


3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order completion.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. BrightEye is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If an order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, customers should contact brighteye.contact@gmail.com for assistance. Each case will be reviewed individually.
